Planvista achieved development approval for a Minor Change to an existing 35 lot subdivision at Rochedale.

This approval is the first stage in creating a tailored development outcome for our client. By modifying the existing approval to include stages, the development can commence while the balance of the site can be redeveloped into a more compact and appropriate development form which meets the needs of our client.
