Planvista achieved development approval for a two new residential lots at Landsborough in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.
The project involved retaining the existing house and subdividing a rear access lot behind the house. The main challenges with this project was to obtain access down the side of the house. The width of access appeared to be sufficient, however, when the survey was undertaken, the side fence encroached significantly on the neighbour’s property, thus reducing the width of the access considerably. Despite this issue, Planvista was able to negotiate with Council to reduce their standards to facilitate development approval of our client.
