Planvista achieved development approval for Reconfiguration of a Lot subdivide a site in the inner Brisbane suburb of Dutton Park.

This RiskSmart approval involved retaining the existing pre-1946 house, creating a second allotment adjacent to the house. The challenges with this site is the large underground stormwater pipe traversing the site, and requirements to widen the road to provide sufficient verge for a new footpath.
