Planvista achieved development approval for a three lot subdivision at Acacia Ridge.

This project involved subdividig two lots into three lots at Acacia Ridge. The challenge with this project was that that one of the resulting lots was slightly less than 400 square metres, meaning that the application required impact assessment. Planvista was able to argue that despite not achieving the minimum lot size, the proposal created lots which reflected the prevailing settlement pattern of the locality and was only less than 400 square meters due to the historical road truncation taken when the lots were original subdivided.
