Planvista achieved development approval for Material Change of Use to create three new townhouses at Wavell Heights, Brisbane.

This proposal involves the renovation of the existing dwelling and creating two new dwellings at the rear of this dwelling. The two issues which were overcome for this development to proceed was stormwater management and access. As the site backs onto a park, consent was needed from Council’s asset services branch to allow stormwater to the discharged to the park. Whist access was challenging due to hierarch order of the road and location of bus stop. Despite these challenges, Planvista was able to achieve development approval for our client.
