Planvista achieved development approval for Material Change of Use for indoor sport and recreation for a Fernwood Gym in Virginia.

The main issue to overcome for this development was car parking provisions. Not only was there insufficient parking for this large gym, but a significant number of carparking spaces within the site were historically established illegally. Planvista was able to negotiate a successful outcome for our client by arguing parking spaces which were established unlawfully should continue by providing additional landscape improvements within the site.
