Planvista achieved development approval for Building Work within the Erosion Prone Area at Woody Point backing onto the Moreton Bay.

Although the proposal involves a new deck on an existing dwelling, this new structure required a Development Approval from Moreton Bay Regional Council due to the structure being located within the Erosion Prone Area. The proposal required structural engineering design and flood immunity considerations.
