Wholesale Nursery

Planvista achieved development approval for a wholesale nursery in the Samford Valley.

The proposal involved a nursery in a Rural Residential area. Although the proposal was self-assessable, an application was required as non-compliance with some of the Acceptable Solutions were unable to be achieved. The project was particularly challenging as a number of adjoining property owners were concerned with the development.
