Boundary Realignment, Brightview

Planvista achieved development approval for a Boundary Realignment between two properties at Brightview, Lockyer Valley.

The project was the first step in finalising a Rural Residential development approval over the balance of the site.  The new alignment of the boundary follows an Energex and APA Gas easements.
